VLM13(15)B系列張拉錨具 VLM15(13) Model B Flat Stress-end Anchorage

VLM型張拉端扁形（B型）錨固體系是由VLM15B型，VLM13B型扁形錨具（錨具每套含：扁形工作錨板、工作夾片、扁形錨墊板）、扁形螺旋筋、扁形金屬波紋管、預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線或預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絲束組成．
VLM15B型，VLM13B型扁形錨具主要應(yīng)用于后張空心板梁中．扁形錨具在施工張拉時(shí)，與其配套的張拉設(shè)備有YDQ260型前卡式千斤頂和YDB扁錨整體張拉千斤頂．YDQ26O千斤頂在張拉時(shí)是單孔逐根張拉，YDB系列千斤頂可整體一次性張拉，YDB系列千斤頂在預(yù)制場(chǎng)中非常適用，張拉效率每束可提高3—5倍，張拉應(yīng)力均勻．可配套YBZ1-70高壓電動(dòng)油泵使用，也可配套2YBZ2-80型高壓電動(dòng)油泵使用。
VLM Stress-end Flat(type B) Anchorage System consists of VLM15B,VLM13B flat anchor (Each set including flat working anchor head, working wedge, flat anchor bearing plate, flat spiral reinforcement),flat metal corrugated duct and prestressed strand (prestressed wide bundle).
VLM15B,VLM13B flat anchorage systerm are used in the post-tensioning hollow plate beam.
When flat anchorage systerm are used in construction for stressing,they are equipped with the supporting devices-YDQ260 Jack or flat YDB series jacks. YDQ260 jack is used for single-hole one by one stretching at a time.YDB series are much suitable in the site for prefabrication with a three-fold increase in stretching efficiency pre bundle, and the stretching force uniform. They can be equipped with both YBZ1-70 portable electric high-pressure oil pumps and 2YBZ2-80 electric high-pressure oil pumps.
